The Opportunity
This position is based at our Lake Forest location within the Rapid Diagnostic Division of our Commercial Sales business unit. As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will provide administrative, analytical, and procedural support to both internal and external customers on behalf of the Store Brand Women’s Health team. Acting as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Consumer Services, and Accounting, this dynamic and evolving role offers opportunities for growth across multiple functional areas.
What You’ll Work On
Run and distribute sales reports using SAP; maintain Sales Broker information, contracts, payments, and responsibilities.
Create POs and invoices for 3rd party payments; provide Certificates of Insurance to customers.
Assist with customer item forms, vendor setup forms, and navigate customer portals for data synchronization and item specifications.
Organize contract files via Salesforce; set up new items internally via Winshuttle; support billing issues (e.g., banking details, DUNS).
Assist with artwork proofing, coordination, asset management, and general marketing support; coordinate facility audits and 3rd party product testing.
Maintain budget accounting for Sales and Marketing spending; create online "How to" videos for retailers.
Manage WERC’s database for existing and new items.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, finance or equivalent
1 + year of relevant work experience (including internships)
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong computer, organizational and administrative skills
Independent worker with the ability to collaborate cross functionally as needed to achieve overall project or program goals
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Detail oriented, ability to create and maintain high quality deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP
