Project Coordinator - Airports

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Airports Project Coordinator remote in US. The Airports Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of projects for our Airport Solutions business.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $75,000 - $90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Input new projects into ERP system, set up customers, process contracts, change orders and all required documentation from the customer under contract
• Handle logistics needs including being the shipping and receiving liaison between all manufacturing and transportation vendors including national and international entities
• Manage multiple (both large and small) projects including coordinating work and communicating regularly with contractors, sub-contractors, and branch staff
• Ensure smooth transition of project from the sales team to the fulfillment team. Maintain regular contact with FSE’s and sales teams
• Make initial contact with customers and coordinate with the project manager the installation schedule and ensure customer training is completed when project is finished 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Minimum HS Diploma (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in security access solutions, architectural building materials or the construction industry
• Experience and understanding of business principles, strategic planning, critical thinking, budgeting, execution, KPIs, resource allocation and project management
• Prior experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM

 

WHAT WE PREFER

• 3+ years’ experience in project management
• PMP certification
