This position is only open to Colorado state residents
We're looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic who takes pride in quality repairs and dependable work. If you have a Class A or B CDL Permit (or full CDL) your expertise will help keep Colorado's equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road!
Base pay for this position is typically between $5369-$5654/ monthly. Also includes an additional $500/month housing stipend
New employees to the State will be paid biweekly. There are 26 biweekly pay periods in a year.
This position requires that you currently have a valid Colorado CDL Permit and that you obtain your CDL Class A or B within 6 months of hire as a condition of continued employment. This position will require a DOT drug test as a pre-employment step. We will provide training for you to get your full CDL in order to meet these hiring conditions.
