Are you an LPN with a heart for pediatric care and a desire for meaningful, one-on-one connections with patients? We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in supporting medically fragile children, teens, and young adults in a setting that values both exceptional care and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, individualized care for clients with complex medical needs
- Monitors, records, and reports treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document care accurately in electronic charts and communicate effectively
Who You Are:
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
- Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
- Dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and consistent care
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and professional attitude
