NE-Sr. Data Engineer

This is a remote position.

• Take the stories including design, development, and automation.
  
• Collaborate with the prioritization, structuration, definition, and understanding of tasks.
  
• Document features to create a wiki to consolidate all our company records.
  
• Build the Data area’s capabilities for descriptive and predictive analysis, workflow automation, and integrations, having a direct impact on the business.
  
• Implement data analytics with the organization, promoting a data-driven culture.
  
• Ensure data integrity and security at all times.
  
• Facilitate the gathering of business insights and time-critical information reaching multiple stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of Data Analytics roles experience in middle/large Tech Product-based companies or high-growth startups.
  
• 2+ years of experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
  
• 3+ years of experience in Python.
  
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Flexible, proactive attitude.
  
• Advanced Spanish.
  
• Intermediate English
  
  

• 1+ years of experience working with recruiting teams.
  
• 1+ years of experience in the Data Engineer role in a product or technical team or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Familiarity with Python for Data Science.
  
• Data automation skills: (webhooks, flows).
  
• Data architecture optimization.
  
• Familiarity with AWS.
  
• Passion for the Software Development Services and/or Consumer-based Internet industries.
  
• Knowledge of Product Management, unit economics, or marketing metrics (or all of them!)
