About the role
The Junior Project Management Support role will assist in coordinating project activities, managing governance documentation, and enabling smooth execution through accurate tracking of meetings, actions, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Support with day-to-day coordination, execution tracking, and overall program activities across multiple insurance workstreams.
- Attend and support extended stakeholder meetings, capturing detailed and accurate meeting minutes using live notes and meeting recordings
- Capture, track, maintain, and follow up on action items in real time during, ensuring timely closure and escalation of blockers
- Maintain and regularly update the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring ownership, mitigation plans, and escalation where required
- Maintain a comprehensive decision log capturing key decisions, approvals, timelines, and business impact
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and follow-up on commitments and deliverables
- Schedule meetings, manage agendas, distribute minutes, and act as a central point of coordination for project communications
- Independently run meetings when required, driving discussions, ensuring agenda coverage, documenting outcomes, and assigning clear action owners.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or program support roles, preferably supporting structured stakeholder meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence or similar)
- Familiarity with project tracking or PMO tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet) is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, action items, and dependencies simultaneously
- Strong written/verbal communication; able to tailor content to mixed audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of managing documentation velocity under agile delivery.
- Proactive, resourceful, and agile; thrives in evolving, fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative and culturally sensitive adept at engaging with global stakeholders.
As this is an onshore role, the candidate is required to work onshore during East Coast hours.
