Senior Clerk - District Five / Organizational Development Office
This position plays a vital role in supporting the agency’s mission by enhancing employee engagement, promoting organizational efficiency, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Through coordination of employee recognition programs, preparation of essential documents, and maintenance of training and administrative systems, the role ensures smooth internal operations. Additionally, by managing information systems like SharePoint, supporting budget tracking, and assisting with professional events, the position helps maintain a well-organized, responsive, and professional environment that supports both staff and agency goals.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Organizational Development Office. Performs data entry into the Learning Management System. Uses a variety of computer systems, software applications, databases, and office equipment to accomplish assigned tasks.
Support Employee Recognition Committee in monthly, quarterly, and annual activities including processing nominations; creating certificates, flyers, and correspondence; and assisting with award ceremonies.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails, and travel documents. Assists with tracking and reporting operating budget expenditures and encumbrances.
Maintains and updates SharePoint sites as needed. Organizes and maintains original and electronic files. Gathers, creates, and distributes information and/or documentation as needed.
Prepare training materials and maintain training calendar. Maintain District Training Library.
