About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a driven Project Manager to streamline project workflows across Marketing, manage intake requests from the broader company, reinforce best-practice management across the team, and help drive the ongoing development of Marketing Operations systems in support of company-wide objectives.
Primarily, this role will work closely with all functions within Marketing to facilitate department-wide workflow transparency and collaborate with a range of internal business stakeholders to manage incoming requests. Effective execution will require developing a strong understanding of how these requests flow through marketing and what information the Marketing team needs from the business to meet business objectives. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with the migration of marketing assets into a centralized, organized filing system as well as supporting marketing budget and roadmap goals and KPIs. This individual will influence the development of new systems and processes and provide critical support to ensure that business objectives are met in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with a track record of successful, complex project management skills (using Monday.com or similar software) and be able to facilitate collaboration, proactively optimize marketing workflows, and promote best practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and connect workflows that meet Marketing team needs and ensure business objectives, requirements, and priorities are communicated in a clear and detailed manner.
- Work alongside marketing teams to ensure projects are carefully coordinated and timelines for delivery are both accurate and transparent.
- Closely monitor and proactively manage intake and troubleshooting requests via email and Monday.com which include the following:
- Write tickets
- Monitor team member bandwidth and assign work
- Maintain a well-groomed backlog of recurring and upcoming projects
- Manage administrative management of workflows, forms, user onboarding, user access, and reporting
- Facilitate and guide teams through processes and opportunities to help them make decisions, find solutions, and optimize workflows.
- Support the development and management of the Marketing SharePoint site, documenting policies and procedures, developing marketing dashboards for reporting metrics, marketing vendor and tech stack management, and ad-hoc project to promote visibility of team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional environment
- Exceptional organization, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills
- Expert knowledge of Monday.com and MS Office products, administrative familiarity with and interest in SharePoint is a plus
- Experience navigating and solving for complex project management workflows
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to promote team cohesion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Takes initiative to lead integrated planning
- Intellectual curiosity, with an agile and creative mind; demonstrates critical thinking and an innovative approach to problem solving
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree; history of academic and professional achievement

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
