Content Strategy & Operations Associate (Contract)

Contract Overview: We are looking to hire a Content Strategy & Operations Associate on a full-time contract basis for a 6-month duration with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. As a Content Strategy & Operations Associate, you will collaborate with the Live Operations team to ensure the timely operation of in-app curation and optimization of our content library. Please note that this is a 40-hour per-week contract position, with the possibility of weekend and holiday work.
Note: This role is based in our New York City office. Initial onboarding will be conducted in person and then transition to remote. 

Scope of Work:

• Project: Content Performance Reporting
• Deliverable: Generate reports to analyze content performance including identifying trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. 


• Project: Content Curation Programming
• Deliverable: Support Live Operations team in monthly content curation, including brainstorming story collection ideas, sourcing stories from Radish’s Content Catalog, and assisting in event operations.


• Project: Content Catalog Maintenance
• Deliverable: Assist with projects to maintain the accuracy and organization of Radish’s content catalog.


• Ad-Hoc Projects:
• Deliverable: Timely completion of ad-hoc projects with relevant documentation.

Contractor Areas of Expertise:

• Passion for or interest in romance genre fiction.
• Basic knowledge of SQL. 
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Looker).
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Asana, Slack).
• Ability to engage in discussions related to sensitive content topics, in line with our content policies, with a focus on maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.
