Duties include, but not limited to:
- Work within our Work Order Management System – Maximo
- Process/review of Service Requests in Maximo:
- Via Service Now or Calls into the Facility Operations Center (FOC)- Call Center.
- Quality check of work orders residing within Maximo including electronic or paper backup:
- Verifying work orders have proper attachments, signatures, permits, drawings, LOTO, tank inspection forms.
- Ensure all required fields/tabs are filled out on the Mobile Maximo platform.
- Contacting service requestor for missing information.
- Scanning and attaching backup documentation
- Process/review of Service Requests in Maximo:
- Handling and documenting Emergency Work Orders and Emergency Call In’s.
- Initiating the Emergency Work Requests by calling the Site Shift Supervisor’s, Facility Project Managers (FPM), Supervisors and Shops directly.
- Tier 1 Safety Memos: creating work orders from deficiencies found, following up, and performing memo closeouts.
- Assisting the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program and/or Work Scheduling Programs with administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry, (e.g., meter readings, asset information, any notes needing to be added into the work order, etc.).
- Order office supplies for FOC.
- Processing requests for Safety Shoes and Safety Glasses for the IBEW and FOC Staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School/GED diploma
- Experience in office administrative support
- Experience with data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
- Strong writing and grammatical skills
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong interrelation skills
- Ability to work well in a large or dynamic team setting
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- College degree
- Knowledge of commercial/industrial facilities operations or construction
- Work Order Management System experience highly desirable, especially Maximo
- Database experience
The Lab’s placement policy is to select the best qualified candidate for an available position. The full salary for this position is $29.54 per hour.
