Job time: Full-time, hourly

Pay Range: $23.50-$26.50

The Role

The Brand & Experience Coordinator owns the day-to-day experience of our teammates and helps elevate the energy, organization, and professionalism of our headquarters. This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and people—supporting everything from onboarding to office tasks and leadership logistics. 

This is an entry-level role with high visibility and real ownership. We are not looking for a traditional admin or office manager. We’re looking for someone with a vibrant personality, strong communication skills, can-do attitude and pride in creating great experiences for others.

What You’ll Own

Teammate Experience & Culture

• Own and enhance the day-to-day teammate experience at HQ
• Help plan and support office culture initiatives, lunches, celebrations, and internal events
• Bring positive energy, warmth, and consistency to the workplace

New Employee Onboarding

• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
• Prepare, organize, and ship new-employee welcome packets
• Help ensure every new teammate feels welcomed, supported, and excited on day one

Brand & First Impressions

• Serve as a welcoming presence for guests, vendors, and teammates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned office environment
• Help ensure the office reflects Axis standards and culture

Leadership & Travel Coordination

• Coordinate flights, hotels, and travel logistics for leadership
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and office coordination as needed

No management experience required.
Backgrounds in hospitality, events, customer service, retail, or office coordination are a plus—but not required.
