Role Overview:

The Senior Pricing Specialist is responsible for maintaining active accounts, product list pricing, discount structures, along with communicating prices to users and maintaining other related information in the computer system.

Location: IMI Denver office - Hybrid schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and complete price files including price change compilation and calculation for standard and special list price increases.
• Monitor and audit price files.
• Work closely with the sales and product marketing teams on pricing including pricing configuration.
• Analyze, interpret and report performance trends for orders, sales and pricing.  Identify areas performing outside of expected results and recommend additional data for review.
• Develop and Maintain central Data Management warehouse for sales team to act upon all pricing actions.
• Prepare and analyze business cases (what if analysis) related to sales, pricing, and gross margins in order to provide senior management with additional information and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Selling Price Increase statistics by sales representative to senior management.
• Develop and maintain tools and reports for tracking the financial impact of pricing initiatives.
• Administer special pricing program including working with sales to negotiate favorable pricing and serve as a decision maker to approve or disapprove special pricing proposals based on the pricing policy and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Critical Competencies for Success

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) required with minimum of 4 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical, statistics, organizational and communication skills are a must.
• Ability to solve practical problems in a timely manner while dealing with a level of ambiguity.
• Detail oriented with proven accuracy.

Pay range:  85k - $95k

Within the range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the job requirements. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
