Reimbursement Coordinator - Intake, Home Infusion

WellSky is looking for an Intake Coordinator to join our home infusion team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling intake and would be responsible for reviewing benefits and obtaining prior authorizations. A day in life!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Verifying Insurance benefits for home infusion services, for private and governmental carriers.
• Initiating patient financial forms intended to inform patient their of out-of-pocket costs.
• Obtaining payer prior authorizations; submitting appropriate clinical information as necessary supporting the need for service.
• Monitor expiring authorizations for necessary extensions.
• Maintaining software with information relating to the benefits Investigation and authorization in process.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Must be proficient in in-home infusion therapies, HCPCS and insurances.
