Job Summary

Lead Supervisor Clubs/Suites at Ryan Field

Position Summary

Ryan Field is seeking a passionate, hospitality-driven Lead Supervisor to oversee overall luxury service within our all premium clubs, suites, and VIP hospitality areas. This role plays a critical leadership role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading team members, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining seamless operations during events. At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience.and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and service standards throughout premium clubs, suites, and VIP spaces.
  • Serve as a visible leader and point of contact for guests.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
  • Anticipate guest needs and enhance the premium experience.
  • Supervise and support premium hospitality staff during events.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition.
  • Oversee event-day operations.
  • Coordinate with catering, operations, security, and facilities teams.
  • Monitor staffing levels and deploy staff effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with venue policies and alcohol service regulations.
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, guest services, food and beverage, hotels, events, entertainment, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in premium hospitality, luxury hotels, clubs, suites, stadiums, arenas, conventions, or special events preferred
  • Food and beverage operations experience preferred.
