Senior Manager, Sales Planning and Analytics

Advance your career as a Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Planning supporting the Kellanova Away from Home business.  In this exciting role, you will drive channel-specific goals, including volume targets, forecast accuracy, promotions, distribution, and new product launches. Additionally, you will deliver creative, fact-based solutions and will be responsible for supporting key customer engagements. We’re looking for top talent in the Greater Chicago area to work at our Naperville, IL office on a hybrid schedule.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing  

 

• Joint Business Planning – Collaborate with Sales and customers to execute the Commercial Strategy, driving growth beyond competitors and achieving financial targets.
• CRM Tools – Partner with Kellanova’s IT team to identify suitable planning tools for the Small Format and Food Service Sales team.
• Analytics Drive Actions - Dive into diverse data sources to find insights that reveal new opportunities. Your knack for storytelling with data will inspire action across the organization, turning analysis into impact.
• Strategic Leadership - Serve as the link across teams and departments, guiding strategic choices with an eye on both the immediate and the future landscape of our business.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience influencing all levels of the organization, both cross-functionally and externally.
• Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally
• Previous experience in leading and developing a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
