Interested applicants must reside in the Columbus, OH area and be willing to come on-site for training. Starting pay is $18/hour.

A Brief Overview
Responsible for managing and preparing invoices for assigned client accounts to ensure accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery in the billing process. This is the first level of a three-level career development class series. Work assignments enable incumbents to obtain the experience required for advancement to Senior Biller.

What you will do

• Executes billing and/or network invoice process by customer invoices to ensure costs & pricing for parts is accurate; researches and resolves any errors detected while ensuring compliance with insurance standards & company policies and procedures.

• Responds to basic & common client billing questions and issues after researching and determining the appropriate resolution; escalates more complex situations to Billing Specialist II and/or Management.

• Identify and communicate to department leadership any discovered system problems, trends or repetitive issues with assigned clients when these occur.

• Other duties assigned by management.
