SUMMARY:
The Chief of Staff will support our Marketing and Sales division and play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. This role is part of a growing team and will be tasked with supporting our sales and sales leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify system, data, or process needs that can drive revenue growth. You will interface with customers ensuring successful pilot programs, and helping the sales team get agreements signed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and prepare data for customer dashboards.
- Manage projects and deployments to completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Engineering and Product) to identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive, visually engaging, and impactful presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Support customer facing assistance and support as needed (via phone, email and video conference)
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by management to support the business.
- Must be able to work onsite at our San Jose office at least four days per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- 2- 4 years of experience in a top management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey) or in a strategy/sales role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred. MBA is a plus!
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, ambiguous environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous SAAS sales experience in a startup environment is a plus!
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently or with a team on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
