Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in White Bear Lake, MN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $28-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Perform TIG welding on thin metals, typically ranging from .048” to .074” thickness

• Work with a variety of thin-gauge materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and other light metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine setup, layout, and sequence of operations
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet both quality and safety standards, using proper measuring tools and visual inspection methods
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company and OSHA safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
• Assist with setup and adjustments of welding equipment as needed for each project

Requirements

• Must have experience working on thin gauge metals 
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
