Our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team is looking for a dynamic team player with the strategic foresight and focus to collaborate with business leaders, executive leadership, product managers and representatives from all IT disciplines to build and optimize a holistic vision of the organization's strategy, processes and information technology assets while creating the necessary artifacts to properly communicate and implement this vision. Our Enterprise applications and architecture team works with our internal technical and business teams to deliver integrated digital solutions to business challenges to delight our customers and freeing our Moose to work on our most complex business challenges.

About the Role

Enterprise Architect is extremely critical to design & deliver the most customer centric and future-ready e2e architecture using existing and future technologies. The role requires relevant technical know how, proven architecture experience and excellent communication skills with stakeholders. This senior leader will be part of the Global IT leadership and help grow the leaders of tomorrow working with our engineering delivery centers in Belfast and Prague.

In this role, you will:

• Gain and maintain a detailed level of knowledge on our enterprise level SaaS and custom solutions, products and services. Develop and maintain the operational and systems architecture models to capture the holistic view of the Enterprise.

• Develop the target architecture across Data, Applications, Infrastructure, Platform/Product teams and Cyber Security to realize digital strategy, optimize the IT landscape and manage cost of ownership. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business needs and priorities, facilitate business and IT alignment, connect strategy to execution, drive the organization’s goals of business growth, customer experience, enable back office and go-to market operations.

• Develop and maintain a Salesforce architecture roadmap that aligns with our business goals and objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions are developed in accordance with best practices and architectural standards based upon product knowledge, industry experience, industry standard EA frameworks, and Salesforce EA methodologies.

• Lead the platform and solution architecture to integrate Salesforce systems with internal and external systems leveraging Event-driven Architecture, REST-based web APIs, middleware and AWS services.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance and fully leverage the platform's capabilities.

• Lead IT change management boards, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.

• Develops architecture capability models, value stream and customer journey maps to guide product teams in developing their MVPs, value propositions to drive business outcomes.

• Lead analysis of the customer oriented technology landscape environment to identify gaps, risks, technical debt and recommend solutions for improvement which optimize cost, improve customer operations and solution sustainability

• Operate in an Agile framework and help facilitate driving architectures in a multi-disciplined, high-performance, and agile teams

The skills you’ll bring include:

• A hands-on experienced technologist with deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture,solution design, integration design, new/existing product & technology assessments.

• Expertise in translating both functional and non-functional requirements into scalable and highly available system architectures.

• 12+ years of IT architecture or software delivery experience across multiple disciplines

• 8+ years experience with the Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystem including a combination of Service, Community, Sales, Revenue, Commerce and Einstein solutions as well as defining current and future state Salesforce operating models.
