Job Description
The Opportunity
The Associate Manager, CRM Strategy will support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across Fandango’s portfolio of brands, with a focus on email and mobile channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact, data-informed campaigns that drive audience engagement and business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with regular in-office collaboration to support cross-functional partnership and creative alignment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and optimize weekly CRM campaigns across email and mobile channels, ensuring high-quality delivery across platforms and devices
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and requirements
- Manage workflows and timelines using project management tools to ensure on-time execution and clear communication
- Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
- Maintain quality assurance standards across campaign builds, including testing, troubleshooting, and asset updates within CRM platforms
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related fields; entertainment or direct-to-consumer experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Sailthru, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable
- Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle journey mapping
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics) and translating data into actionable insights
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop) for email editing and QA
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment using tools such as Asana or similar

Salary Range: $66,000 - $80,000
