Summary
The New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Department. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,300 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience to be a part of our Marketing team working out of our New York office. The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the management and development of the firm’s digital brand and Assistant will support posting, managing and measuring impactful content on the firm’s digital platforms, including website, intranet, and related digital properties. The successful candidate will have experience in maintaining and adding content to a content management system.

Responsibilities
- Daily uploading and maintenance of content across various digital platforms including the public website, intranet, blogs, as needed.
- Perform quality assurance review to ensure all content is posted accurately and completely.
- Independently track updates through various firm communication channels to ensure necessary content changes are routinely made in a timely manner.
- Interface with graphic design team to finalize graphics to be used on channels.
- Conduct regular audits of all digital platforms to ensure content is timely, accurate, and meets current market best practices.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance and management of the website and other digital properties to ensure best-in-class standards.
- Help prepare regular reports on digital property traffic and events.
- Display a strong grasp of marketing tools, strategies, current trends and best practices in helping to advance the firm’s digital marketing efforts.
- Manage project requests and administrative operations of the Digital Marketing team including records management, template maintenance, resource materials, etc.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Experience maintaining and adding content to a content management system. Sitecore and WordPress experience is a plus.
- Experience using design software, such as Canva.
- Familiarity with online analytics/measurement platforms, such as Google Analytics.
- Attentive to details and meticulous in execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as a member of teams, and be able to manage short-term and long-term deadlines.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once and adapt to shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, as well as willingness to step in and be hands on to help others as needed
- Ability to effectively analyze situations, use problem-solving skills, proactively leverage resources and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.

- Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
- Ability to work in close proximity to other individuals

- Must be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range
USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.Pay Range Statement
The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
