R2R Accounting Intern

Your responsibilities :
Day to day activities within the scope of R2R area, in particular:

• Preparing manual/automatic/recurring posting and entering them into the system as part of the general ledger

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts

• Managing fixed assets records

• Contacting with requesters/other GBS departments in order to cover ongoing topics

• Assisting in day to day administrative tasks in compliance with GBS’s internal procedures and instructions

 
Our requirements:

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

• Ability to work in Microsoft Office (in particular: practical knowledge; especially Ms Outlook and Ms Excel)

• SAP knowledge and experience would be an asset
