THE JOB:

Aria Resort & Casino is looking for a Gourmet Food Server to join Blossom, celebrated for its exceptional Chinese cuisine. In this role, you'll take and deliver orders, keep tables clean and organized, ensure guest satisfaction, and accurately finalize checks. Your dedication will help create memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests, extending beyond their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.2645 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Guide guests through every phase of their dining experience

• Use selling techniques and deliver excellent service for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as all menu items

• Accurately itemize bills and efficiently secure payment

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest or employee needs efficiently

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Five years of Food and Beverage experience

• At least two years in a fine dining setting with food service experience

• Familiarity with Asian cuisine

• Bilingual in Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is preferred

• Strong knowledge of wine, liquor, and spirits
