Our Central Design Office produces Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for project scopes that include preventive maintenance, rehabs, bridge replacements and freeway expansions. We are responsible for designing projects that meet current design standards, coordinating with all project owners and producing accurate PS&E.
