About the Role
Indiana University Health is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to support the Chief Human Resources Officer in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing complex calendars, communications, and high-impact projects, as well as providing comprehensive administrative and technical support to senior leaders, including EVP, SVP, and President. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, handling travel and expenses, managing records and reports, and anticipating administrative needs with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the success of the HR leadership team within a leading health system.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Requires 5-7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Requires experience with Board of Director document preparation / materials management for top level executives.
• Requires strong proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Requires progressive experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
