Qualifications

A day in the life:

• Ability to work with the Talent Acquisition team members to execute and manage processes in the areas of Talent Operations.
• Work closely with the TA team on candidates hired pending passing of the RBT exam.
• Perform RBT coursework orientation relevant to the start of coursework.
• Collaborate effectively with the candidates and the TA team on strategies for a smooth transition between completing the RBT coursework and coordinating the competency assessment to submitting necessary documents for the written exam.
• Maintain candidates’ coursework status and next steps in process.
• Compile weekly reports on candidates and status of completion.
• Manage the onboarding and training process for RBTs on Central Reach (CR)
• Supervise the initial and renewal credentialing process for RBTs
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for RBTs using CR Help
• Assist RBTs in preparing and responding to BACB audit requests
• Other tasks as assigned.
