Customer Care Center Agent – Sales/Service

Description

Job duties and responsibilities include:

· Managing incoming calls, emails and texts from customers.

· Scheduling Appointments for Service or Sales Departments.

· Listen/Read and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.

· Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction.

· Work in close partnership with Sales and Service Management Teams and Customer Care Center Manager.

· Meet specified monthly targets and goals with Quality, Utilization and Volume.

· Prior Contact Center and Customer Service required (1 to 2 years, preferred)

· Self-Starter, motivated and success driven Team Player.

· Accurate completion of documentation inside CRM Software.

· Some College or after High School Education preferred.

· Strong communication skills.

· Must be able to pass background and drug screenings.
