Department
Reporting through Revenue Operations the Business Intelligence Analyst will help provide the data visualizations, analysis, and insights for the business to help make data-driven decisions.   Acting as a hybrid between data and operations you will assist in many analysis and operational projects.  Filevine uses Salesforce CRM, Hubspot for marketing, and Domo for business intelligence and visualization. 
Job Summary
This role will perform analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns for the various departments tied to the go-to-market strategy. Works with operations and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements. Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources. Creates and maintains structured datasets for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data. Uses Domo to visualize to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing reports, dashboards, and datasets
• Create ad hoc reports
• Analyze data for trends, insights, and recommendations
• Consolidate data sources in Domo for visualization and manipulation
• Partner with GTM teams on some operational projects

Requirements

• Experience in a Data/Business Analyst role OR experience in Marketing/Sales/Revenue Operations with an emphasis on reporting
• Understanding of success metrics for a SaaS company
• Bonus on experience working closely with Marketing on demand gen analysis
