   The Job:   

  As a Job Maintenance Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as an on-site employee.  You’ll get to:    

• Provide technical oversight and leadership for machine repair and maintenance technicians.
• Facilitate and support the continuous advancement of the facility’s diagnostic capabilities.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of transfer standards used for equipment validation. 
• Provide advanced technical support to the shop for electrical troubleshooting
• Lead initiatives to implement predictive maintenance programs using machine logging, data analysis, potential equipment procurement
• Monitor and improve safety in manufacturing operations by addressing electrical hazards and other safety concerns.
• Develop Mechanical Apprentice program
• Purchase and expedite Repair Parts
• Develop and negotiate OEM TPM Agreements
• Analyze work order trends and propose solutions
• Manage of maintenance program for equipment upgrades and productivity projects
• New Equipment review and runoff management
• Troubleshoot complex equipment
• Create and manage plant TPM Audit Model

• The Person:

• 2-year technical college degree.
• 5+ years previous experience.
• Ability to read complicated drawings, specifications, charts and tables.
• Excellent project management skills including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, with an emphasis on a “hands on” approach.
• Extensive knowledge of Industrial computer hardware, software and manufacturing Processes and Controls.
• Demonstrated experience in mechanical and electrical industrial maintenance, including equipment installation, approved wiring methods and Electrical Code requirements.
• Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience.
