If so, we invite you to explore this leadership opportunity with Providence.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span><span><strong>The Role</strong></span></span></p><p> </p><p><span><span>Integrated DME Services (IDS) is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) service line providing consigned DME for acute care and ambulatory sites across Providence.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span><span>The Director of Integrated DME Services (IDS) is responsible for leading the expansion of the program and overall direction of consigned DME operations across Providence.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span><span>Primary responsibilities include establishing and sustaining a consigned Durable Medical Equipment (DME) program in all Providence acute and ambulatory sites that have an occasion to directly dispense DME to patients prior to discharge, while expanding targeted DME services throughout Providence. A fully implemented program across Providence is expected to generate annual revenue of approximately $25 million and support a team of 25-30 FTEs.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span><span>This role requires:</span></span></p><p> </p><ul><li><span><span>Navigating ambiguity within a highly complex business environment.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Successfully negotiating political and operational challenges associated with establishing DME services throughout Providence.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Managing distinct differences and varying priorities across the organization.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Working in a highly matrixed environment requiring multiple stakeholder acceptance and approval.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Responding effectively to changing payer contracting access, payer rates, and coverage criteria required to financially support the IDS program.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintaining focus on key improvement opportunities amid multiple competing priorities.</span></span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></span></p><p> </p><p><span><span><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Program Development</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides direction and leadership over IDS program development, integration, and ongoing operations throughout Providence.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Financial &amp; Business Performance</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensures program financial targets are met.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Prepares yearly budgets.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Implements reporting systems to measure business outcomes.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Operations &amp; Service Excellence</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensures program service level performance meets established goals and objectives, including provider, clinician, and patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and high reliability.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Fosters collaborative working relationships with executive leadership, physician teams, and local clinical and operations teams to accomplish program service goals.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Program Development</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Works with local and regional acute and ambulatory operations leaders, physician group leadership, clinical service line leadership, and strategic planning and business development leaders to develop DME strategies.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Evaluates opportunities and makes decisions about the feasibility of establishing targeted DME services in one or more geographic areas across Providence.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Implements DME services in geographic areas across Providence where a clear need for services is identified and supported financially.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Operations &amp; Service Excellence</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborates with region and system payer contracting teams to ensure required DME payer contracts are secured.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Attends professional meetings and seminars to stay abreast of industry and competitive marketplace changes, best practices, and opportunities to grow and expand services.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Program Development</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Creates a forward strategic vision of program expansion across Providence a
