What You Will Do

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving system-level clarity, definition, and performance across multiple programs. You will:

• Lead requirements capture, decomposition, and management
• Support system architecture development and certification level definition
• Conduct acceptance testing, image generator testing, and ATP preparation
• Contribute to milestone reviews, technical documentation, and system traceability
• Partner with Integration & Field Engineering teams to resolve system-level issues
• Maintain configuration integrity and collaborate on bill of materials updates
• Provide technical insight during demos, industry engagements, and program reviews

What You Will Learn

In this role, you will expand your systems engineering expertise and gain experience across the full lifecycle of high‑fidelity simulation systems. You will learn:

• Advanced requirements management techniques and tools (including JAMA)
• Complex system integration strategies across multidisciplinary teams
• Best practices in verification, validation, and acceptance test development
• How large-scale simulation architectures are defined, certified, and maintained
• Cross-functional leadership skills through hands-on collaboration with engineering, field teams, and program stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have

• Experience with system integration, test processes, and system-level design

• Experience with requirements management tools (JAMA highly desirable)
• Experience with driving clarity in complex, multi‑discipline environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills

•Prior experience conducting system verification, validation, or acceptance testing

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline

• Experience with JIRA

• Hands-on background in simulation systems or related complex technical systems
