The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python 3 and Linux, with at least 5 years of experience. This role involves developing and executing smoke tests to ensure major functionalities of our pricing system are working as intended.</li><li>The Test Engineer defines and creates test cases from functional specifications. Interprets, executes and documents complex test procedures, reviews results and reports on progress.</li></ul> <h3>Your responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain smoke test scripts using Python 3. </li><li>Perform smoke testing to quickly verify major functionalities of the pricing system. </li><li>Identify and report defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of the pricing system. </li><li>Document and communicate test results effectively, providing actionable insights.</li></ul> <h3>Your profile:</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and/or development. </li><li>Proficiency in Python 3 and Linux. </li><li>Shell scripting, bash (other programming experience) </li><li>MySQL, SQL </li><li>Network protocols TCP, UDP, Multicast etc </li><li>Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li></ul> <h3>WEB</h3> <ul> <li>title=Senior Tester – Smoke Test Pricing Platform</li><li>job=tester</li></ul>
