Corporate Access & Research Coordinator

Location: New York, NY (NYC office)

Team: Misura Capital, a Millennium Platform Company

Role Overview

The Corporate Access & Research Coordinator will serve as a key operational and administrative partner to the growing investment team, owning the team’s corporate access program while providing high-touch support across scheduling, travel, expense management, and team logistics.

This is a senior, high-trust role for an experienced professional who can manage complex executive workflows, represent the brand externally with corporates and brokers, and bring structure and efficiency to a fast-moving investment team.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Access & Corporate Relations

  • Own the firm’s end-to-end corporate access program — including bespoke origination, conference coordination, NDRs, field trips, and IR engagement.

  • Track quiet periods, earnings dates, and key catalysts across the coverage universe; schedule recurring IR calls (pre-QP and post-earnings).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IR teams, management contacts, and sell-side counterparts; advocate for the firm’s access and prioritization.

  • Manage conference planning, prioritization, allocations, scheduling logistics, and post-event tracking, including team feedback on meeting quality.

  • Identify supplemental access opportunities (NDRs, small-group meetings, bespoke engagements) and proactively surface them to PMs and analysts.

  • Ensure all interactions are documented in line with compliance requirements.

Broker Relations & Analytics

  • Support broker vote meetings, including preparation, analysis, and coordination.

  • Maintain reporting on corporate access activity, broker performance, and meeting quality.

  • Assist with budgeting and broker agreement discussions, helping articulate the firm’s approach to valuing and paying for corporate access.

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to investment professionals, including:

    • Complex calendar management and meeting coordination

    • End-to-end travel planning and booking (domestic and international)

    • Expense management, reporting, and reconciliation

    • Liaising with internal teams (e.g., Building Reception, Travel, IT) to ensure seamless logistics

  • Act as the central point of contact for the team’s administrative needs and external requests.

  • Maintain organized records, contacts, and recurring workflows to keep the team running efficiently.

Branding & Representation

  • Represent the firm professionally with external stakeholders, including corporates, IR contacts, and brokers.

  • Help develop and execute a branding strategy that elevates the firm’s presence with the Street and corporate community.

What Success Looks Like

  • A successful hire would:

  • Run a best-in-class corporate access program with minimal oversight.

  • Be a trusted, polished representative of the investment team externally.

  • Anticipate the needs of investment professionals and proactively manage logistics, travel, and scheduling.

  • Bring structure, judgment, and discretion to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Build credibility quickly with PMs, analysts, brokers, and IR contacts.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate access, executive support, or a hybrid role on the buy-side or sell-side.

  • Strong background in executive administration, including travel and expense management.

  • Buy-side corporate access experience preferred; sell-side or buy-side corporate access background required.

  • NYC-based or willing to work from the NYC office.

  • Strong verbal and written communicator with maturity, presence, and discretion.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders, including negotiating on the firm’s behalf.

  • Social, relationship-oriented, and able to build trust quickly.
