Senior FP&A Analyst, Finance

As part of the team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world.</p><p></p><p>How you will make an impact:</p><ul><li>Acting as a Business Partner serving as a strategic intermediary, aligning financial objectives with overall business goals. You'll be providing essential financial insights, collaborating across departments, and playing a key role in decision-making processes.</li><li>Business Reporting and Analysis: analyze and interpret key variance analysis with the objective of providing insightful feedback. Develop BU specific reports and ensure their effective implementation. Review the value of reporting, enhance efficiencies, streamline processes and controls as well as new systems and tools implementation.</li><li>Planning: advise key stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, MAPE, Sales Directors) to obtain necessary resources within budgetary constraints, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.</li><li>Working in process standardization: collaborating with Finance on systems-related projects including the initial implementation, future upgrades/enhancements and day-to-day maintenance.</li><li>Continuous improvement: support maintenance of data integration leveraging finance and systems knowledge to identify issues and recommend solutions.</li><li>Special Projects: provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.</li></ul><p></p><p>What you'll need:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant &amp; 5+ years of previous experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A)</li><li>Fluent English, other European languages are a big plus</li><li>Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Power Point, with ability to create models and work in related financial systems (OneStream, Qlik).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions</li></ul>
