We’re looking for an Assistant Manager/Shift Leader to join us! This position will be a full-time position. As an assistant manager/shift leader you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the store ensuring it is running smoothly.

Job Duties

• Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or food line
• Manage and oversee restaurant operations
• Check cash drawer and prepare deposits
• Ensure all health & safety standards are followed
• Able to help open and close a store as a key holder
• Have previous quick service restaurant experience
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
• Help assist and train team members with patience
• Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• ServeSafe certified
• Works well with a team and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
