The Difference You Make:
The Cash Management Sales VP serves as an SME responsible for origination and support of Cash Management within the US. They manage the transactions from origination through execution and liaises with GAOs on marketing plans. Definition and execution of the product development roadmap, including customizing, implementing and servicing various cash management products.

  • Serves as SME for cash management services, competitor product lines and compliance regulations.
  • Responsible for origination and support of cash management sales within US.
  • Develops internal relationships with key stakeholders in 1LOD & 2LOD: e.g. Legal, Risks, Compliance, IT, Treasury , Change Management and Operations.
  • Establishes procedures to accommodate new products for GTB CIB.
  • Maintains and generates reports with revenues, costs, evolution, profitability, penetration, etc.
  • Promotes and develops working relationship with Corporate Banking team to provide for GTB product support on structured transactions originated from that client base.
  • Manages the transactions from origination through execution and liaises with GAOs on marketing plans. Manages projects for products enhancements since conception until final implementation.
  • Evaluates new and existing product opportunities and brings forward proposals for products to optimize and expand the banks offering.
  • Creates product material such as procedures, user guides, customer communications and marketing materials.
  • Maintain a roadmap by leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required


Qualifications:

  • Cash management subject matter expert (payments, receivables & liquidity management) and compliance regulations.
  • 6+ years of cash management product development experience. - Required.
  • 6+ years of financial services industry experience. - Required.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, risk evaluation, loan documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and leverage professional relationships internally and externally. .
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to quickly learn new software and or systems.
  • Superior client relationship, marketing presentation and sales/closing skills.
  • Excellent business development and presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain and demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity to build credibility and trust while enhancing the organization’s reputation.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features.
  • Self-starter: forward thinking, with a positive/can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle.
