Operator cleaning

Join our team and give your career a boost!<br><br><strong>What will you be doing at Agristo?</strong><br>As a Cleaning Operator, your role is twofold:<br><br>On one hand, you are responsible for the coating tasks:<br><ul> <li>You support the production operator in realizing the pre-set production planning with the specified specification and capacity;</li> <li>In consultation with the production operator, you add additives, prepare coatings, and ensure a clean working environment;</li> <li>You correctly record the used materials in our ERP system via a scanning system;</li> <li>You process and dispose of waste properly;</li> <li>You operate the forklift and pallet truck correctly and safely.</li> <li>You maintain close contact with the production operator and shift supervisor, keeping them informed of deviations, abnormal situations, and/or risks.</li></ul><br>On the other hand, you are also responsible for cleaning tasks:<br><ul> <li>Daily cleaning of the highly automated production line</li> <li>Consulting, executing, and registering the cleaning tasks according to the cleaning schedule</li> <li>Performing cleaning tasks in accordance with hygiene &amp; safety standards, the schedule, and the periodic maintenance system;</li> <li>You can professionally and safely handle industrial cleaning equipment (cleaning devices, high-pressure sprayers, sweeping machines, etc.)</li> <li>You clean the installations during changeovers</li> <li>You are part of the internal cleaning team</li></ul> <ul> <li>You are engaged, proactive, and extremely reliable.</li> <li>You're a team player and good communication is important to you.</li> <li>You pay attention to safety and are very quality conscious.</li> <li>You can operate a forklift and pallet truck smoothly and safely, or are willing to learn.</li> <li>The variety and physical aspect of the job strongly appeal to you.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of chemicals is a plus.</li></ul>
