As a key member of the local management team, you’ll oversee <strong>demand and supply planning, logistics, and customer service</strong>, ensuring smooth product flow from sourcing to delivery.</p><p>Working within a <strong>global matrix structure</strong>, you’ll collaborate with the Global Convenience Supply Chain team to implement group-wide systems, processes, and KPIs, while partnering with the Market Unit Director to tailor operations to local market needs.</p><p>This senior leadership role is critical to driving <strong>service excellence, cost efficiency, waste reduction</strong>, and <strong>customer satisfaction</strong> across the business.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic Supply Chain Leadership</li><li>Demand and Supply Planning Oversight</li><li>Logistics and Warehouse Management</li><li>Customer Services Management</li><li>Team Development and Leadership</li><li>Financial Management and Performance Monitoring</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li></ul>
