Think <strong>Blue #3A82F7, Obsidian, Gold:</strong> bold, confident, built for traders who live and breathe the charts, and for a team that wants product decisions made with the same speed and conviction.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own product strategy and roadmap across our full ecosystem: trading platforms and prop firm evaluation/funding programs</li> <li>Translate business priorities from Executive leadership into a prioritized, sequenced product roadmap across multiple concurrent work streams</li> <li>Partner with Engineering to scope, spec, and ship features that actually move the needle on activation, funding rates, and retention</li> <li>Own the trading platform experience end-to-end: account provisioning, payouts, drawdown rules, platform integrations, and the trader-facing UX around all of it</li> <li>Build out product infrastructure, execution, and trader experience</li> <li>Define and track the KPIs that matter for each business line, and hold the team (and yourself) accountable to them</li> <li>Run point on vendor and platform dependency decisions, including build vs. buy and single-point-of-failure risk</li> <li>Turn complex trading mechanics into product decisions that are simple to execute and easy for the business to explain</li> <li>Stay plugged into prop trading, trading platforms, and fintech product trends</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You
