This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the most vital departments in Inpay’s value chain, responsible for managing our liquidity and payments. </span><span>In this role, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders as a true team player.</span> <h3>What we look for:</h3> <ul> <li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively handle challenging situations.</li><li>Quick adaptability and a strong willingness to learn.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>A proactive attitude toward tasks and the ability to work independently.</li></ul> <h3>Funds management responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>The Funds Management team plays a key role in ensuring Inpay’s liquidity and payment operations run efficiently across global markets.</li><li>As part of the team, our general responsibilities include:</li><li>Managing liquidity effectively.</li><li> Maintaining Operating Cash </li><li>Executing multi-currency payments across various providers.</li><li>Conducting FX transactions (buy/sell).</li><li>Supporting the Finance &amp; Accounting team to maintain high-quality records and documentation (bank statements, invoicing, etc.).</li><li>Reconciling bank accounts and conducting balance checks.</li><li>Leading projects and supporting business strategy initiatives.</li><li>Providing professional and efficient customer support.</li></ul> <h3>Your primary focus will be:</h3> <ul> <li>Execute and monitor payments across multiple currencies and banking providers.</li><li>Conduct FX transactions (buy/sell) to manage currency exposure and liquidity needs.</li><li>Collaborate internally and externally to maintain accurate transaction records and reconciliations.</li><li>Support process optimization and continuous improvement within the payments and FX workflows.</li></ul> <h3>Your profile:</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong financial analysis skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the payments industry, with experience in retail banking, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), or Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) being a significant advantage.</li></ul><b>At Inpay, our core values drive our success.
