You will work closely with clients to analyse operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

The Opportunity 

As part of the Health Services team you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Platform Leader, acting as a key point of contact for practice management matters. As a Director, you will drive business growth and mentor the next generation of leaders while securing alignment with One Firm priorities and overall platform strategy. This position allows for significant influence in shaping strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across various sectors. 

Responsibilities 

- Foster collaboration among various teams to enhance practice outcomes 

- Maintain alignment with segment objectives and overall goals 

- Support the growth and development of practice management capabilities 

- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness 

What You Must Have 

- Bachelor's Degree 

- At least 10 years of experience
