Verification Loan Officer (VLO) - Branson's Nantucket

We are seeking a meticulous Verification Loan Officer (VLO) for Branson's Nantucket resort. As a VLO, your primary role entails carefully reviewing and thoroughly explaining all contract and loan documents to our valued clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with our dedicated sales representatives, you'll be pivotal in facilitating smooth and seamless transactions, offering invaluable support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and explain all contract documents, including sales agreements, loan applications, and credit applications, to clients in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Verify the accuracy of all information provided by clients and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives and other team members to facilitate the smooth completion of sales transactions.
• Answer any questions or concerns raised by clients regarding the contract documents or loan terms.
• Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required signatures.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the document review and verification process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the verification process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to spot discrepancies.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Currently commissioned as a Missouri Notary or willing to become commissioned.
