The GME Manager is responsible for the operational support of the system-wide medical education programs (fellows); ACGME, CPME, CODA and non-accredited fellowship programs.
The manager is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, leading, implementing and evaluating central GME departmental functions to assure that ACGME, CPME, and CODA accreditation requirements for regulated activities and training programs are met.
The manager will assist with patient safety and quality improvement initiatives organized by the GME department including participation in the Fellowship Quality and Safety Committee and CLER site visit.
The manager will over-see the student Surgical Oncology residents.
This position will also initially lead the New Innovations transition project, and then be responsible for the oversight of the New Innovations platform.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Health Administration, or related area
- At least 3 years of graduate medical education experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Experience can be in an academic or hospital based residency program
- 2 years New Innovations Residency software management. Considers oneself to be a superuser
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Coursework/Training: C-TAGME certification
- 2 years experienced in SharePoint, Yammer, computer literate
