In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate and private events. You will support event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site management to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for clients and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, registration, guest coordination, and logistics.

• Ensure all event materials, equipment, and spaces are prepared according to specifications.

• Provide exceptional on-site support and customer service throughout the event.

• Collaborate closely with the event management team to anticipate and address client needs.

• Oversee event breakdown, ensuring spaces are restored to proper condition.

• Maintain clear communication with vendors, attendees, and internal staff.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends.
