Role Overview

As the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll have a big mission. Responsible for assuring the Company’s standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what’ was done here at BH!

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and execute Analytics projects and data analysis related to those projects

• Work with key stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines
• Complete analysis and case studies on company initiatives
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources to complete analysis
• Build dashboards and reports
• Use information collected from stakeholders about the project goals and deliverables and ensures projects are completed to that scope
• Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytics projects
• Suggest and implement new ideas to improve reporting and transparency
• Communicate data analysis to internal and external clients when appropriate
• Support all BH departments in streamlining reporting
• Maintains data quality

You Have

• 3+ years’ experience in field or related area
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills
• Strong and effective written and oral communication skills
• Advanced level computer technology skills
• Experience in the multifamily or real estate industry
• Experience with research, analysis and project monitoring and reporting
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
