Front Services Butler (PT) (Horseshoe Tunica)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides luxury suite guests with information and service to accommodate and insure a successful visit. 
• Provides travel and sight-seeing itineraries, arranges for laundry and dry cleaning services, arranges for dinner parties, receptions, reservations. 
• Greets all luxury suite guests, making them feel welcome and sees to their needs. 
• Explains facilities, services, and attractions available for the comfort and pleasure of the guests. 
• Serves meals, snacks, cocktails to guests. 
• Plans, organizes and coordinates cocktail and dinner parties, receptions, entertainment and other functions and services on request. 
• Coordinates the activities of assigned food, beverage, hotel and other personnel whose services may be required. 
• Provides and sets up complete travel and sightseeing itineraries and full concierge services. 
• Assists guests in unpacking, packing and the selection and care of their wardrobe (upon request). 
• Arranges for personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, etc. 
• Assists guests with dressing and other personal needs if requested.  Remains immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests’ needs. 
• Completes special assignments as requested.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.  
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.  
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.  
• Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.  
• Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.  
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.  
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. 

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
• Must be able to fluently speak, read, and understand English. 
• Excellent customer service skills necessary. 
• Three years experience as a butler, or in Food and Beverage or in a related field, preferred.
