To support that challenge, the Vegetable Seeds team is currently seeking a Global Commercial Head-Vegetables to be based in Woodland, CA.

Job Description

You will help shape the future of agriculture by: 

  • Leading the improvement and sustainable development of global commercial capabilities aiming increased customer satisfaction and supporting business outcomes as defined by the global and regional business strategies. 
  • Leading and setting direction for the sustainable development and continuous improvement of commercial capabilities globally. 
  • Driving digital transformation in commercial organization and drive organization to a data driven approach. 
  • Serve as a member of the VOLT (Vegetables and Ornamentals Leadership Team.)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in commercial role spanning sales and marketing. 
  • Effective management of high performing teams & successful stakeholder engagement across all management levels in the organisation. 
  • Implementation of major change programs across all parts of business organization & ability to inspire people. 
  • Ability to work in complex region across different countries, businesses and cultures.  
  • Proven agronomy excellence and applying capabilities to support commercial operations.
