Successful Candidate:

Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in CO

Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range $40-$50

* $5,000 Sign on bonus paid: $1,000 paid after 90 days, $2,000 paid after 6 months & $2,000 paid after 12 months - Bonus for full-time employees only
