Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
The primary function of a Community Experience Innovation Lead is to prioritize the employee and customer experience by creating a robust & engaging experience for our people and customers onsite and in the community. Additionally, this role will be chartered with amplifying our brand as an employer of choice in the local NY city market. In this role, you will drive internal community/culture, philanthropy/global impact, Hudson Yards optimization, external community/culture, and customer engagement within the NY office.
This involves (but is not limited to):
Employee Experience
Executing an onsite employee and customer experience strategy/charter in partnership with our Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer/Executive Sponsor for Future of Work
Turn employee feedback and ideas regarding the office environment to life in creative, meaningful ways to make the New York office a place where our employees thrive and do their best work!
Building strong partnerships with essential support functions across Workplace Services, Communications, Global People, Sales, and Global Impact
Community and Customer Engagement
Keep up to date with market trends in this space and ensure that we are offering a consistent and holistic employee experience across the site that is ahead of any other company in the market
Work closely with our PR and marketing teams to align onsite experiences and offsite partnerships with ServiceNow’s ongoing employer of choice and global impact PR strategies, supporting content and media opportunities as required
In addition, you will be expected to maintain relationships with several external partners as well as local leadership and other prominent members of public office, where required
Develop and implement innovative customer engagement strategies in the New York area, which will amplify our brand
Communicate the ServiceNow story and brand message to customers and partners
Attend regular public and customer events (where required) to showcase the ServiceNow Platform and how this drives our employee experience charter in New York
Identify areas for improvement across customer engagement and employee experience, taking best practice approaches to re-align where needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
Experience in a highly matrixed environment with the ability to influence without direct authority
Prior experience across public relations, events management, business development, marketing, communications, and/or diversity & inclusion desired
Proven experience in turning insight, feedback, and employee surveys into action
Strong relationship skills
Ability to plan and implement change effectively
Project management skills/experience would be advantageous
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstr
