Assistant Utility Operator

Purpose of the Job

The Assistant Utility Operator position is intended as an entry level utility operator position. This position will require direction for performing the functions in the valve crew, leak crew and meter shop, excluding USA and Governmental, heavy equipment operation (backhoe, dump truck, etc), and crew lead positions which are performed by more experienced department personnel.
